Plans for the convention are on hold.
A lot of us at HFXorg are involved in many different projects. In addition, everyday life often doesn't cooperate with these kinds of ambitions. Because of that, HFXCon is on hold for the forseeable future.

Will this change?
Honestly we don't know at this time. It has and will be a dream to organize a security/hacker convention for us but the finances, time and effort just isn't in the cards right now. We hope that sometime in the future that will change though.
